Twentyfive is a Retail Online store that is ruled by the warranties of its manufacturers. TwentyFive warrants to the Customer that the Products will be free of defects in design and material and conform to the descriptions published on the Site for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Products.
The application of any warranty in case of use or washing of the Product that does not conform to the Product and to the instructions/warnings provided by TwentyFive, or shown in the Technical Data Sheet, on tags, on labels, or other illustrative documentation.
Under penalty of forfeiture from this warranty, the Customer has the burden of reporting any defects and non-conformity no later than 2 (two) months from the discovery, by sending an e-mail to TwentyFive indicating the defect and/or non-conformity found, including at least 1 (one) photograph of the Product, the order confirmation transmitted by TwentyFive.
Following the communication by the Customer, TwentyFive will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by the Customer and, after carrying out the due checks, will decide whether to authorize the return of the Products by providing the Customer with a response by e-mail. The authorization to return the Products won't be given any recognition of defects or non-conformity, which must be ascertained after the return.
The Products of which TwentyFive has authorized the return must be returned by the Customer, together with a copy of the communication of authorization to return, within 30 (thirty) days from the report of the defect or non-conformity to the following address: 319 Calle Ambar, Isabela PR 00662.
If TwentyFive is required to reimburse the Customer for the price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, by the same means of payment used by the Consumer at the time of purchase of the Product or by bank transfer.

All SALES or Clearance Items ARE FINAL. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
